APRICOT YOGURT ENERGY DRINK

3 apricots
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 cup, low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup, non-fat dry milk
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 Tablespoon brewer's yeast (optional)
2 ice cubes (optional)

Puree the apricots and banana in a blender on high speed. Add the yogurt, dry milk, honey and orange juice. Blend again on high speed until smooth. Add the yeast and ice cubes, if desired, and blend to combine. Makes one 16-ounce serving.
